Delivery, payment, returns, quotes: the essentials before you order. For anything else, our team replies within 24/48 h.

What are the delivery times?

In-stock products ship within 24/48 h of receiving payment, from our stock in France. Then allow 2 to 4 days for pickup point delivery, or 48/72 h for home delivery. The estimated delivery date is shown on each product page.

How much does delivery cost?

Pickup point: €5.40 incl. VAT, then €4.80 incl. VAT from €120 of purchases, and free from €200. Home delivery: from €8.28 to €7.32 incl. VAT depending on the cart total, and free above €600. The exact rate is shown in your cart. Full details are on the page Deliveries and returns.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with secure payment. Schools, local authorities and public bodies can also pay by public-sector payment order.

Are the Raspberry Pi products official?

Yes. We sell official Raspberry Pi boards and accessories, as well as well-known brands (Argon40, Retroflag, Pimoroni, Banana Pi…). Kits come with Raspberry Pi OS, the official system, already installed on the microSD card.

Which Raspberry Pi should a beginner choose?

For a first project, the simplest choice is a complete Raspberry Pi 5 kit with board, official power supply, case and ready-to-boot microSD card. To compare the memory versions, see our Raspberry Pi 5 buying guide.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days to return a product, after approval from our customer service (return authorisation). The procedure is described on the page Deliveries and returns.

A product is out of stock or on order: what can I do?

On the page of an out-of-stock product, the “Ask for a lead time or a quote” button sends us your request: we reply within 24/48 h with the restocking time. On-order products are delivered within one to two weeks.

Do you offer quotes for businesses and schools?

Yes. Write to us at pi@monraspberry.com or use the “Request a quote” button on each product page: reply within 24/48 h. The business account and our education offers make volume orders easier.

Can you assemble and prepare my Raspberry Pi?

Yes, our workshop in France can assemble your Raspberry Pi and test it before shipping, or duplicate your micro SD cards in batches.
