Why six buttons?
Many 90s fighting and action games use six face buttons: three punches and three kicks, for example. With a four-button controller, some actions end up on the shoulder buttons, which spoils the handling. The Controller-M puts all six buttons under your thumb, just like back then, while keeping L and R for more recent games.
Wireless or wired?
In 2.4 GHz mode, plug the small receiver into a USB port on your Raspberry Pi, PC or console and play from the couch. In wired mode, the USB-C cable connects the controller directly and charges the battery at the same time: handy if the battery runs out mid-game.
