- Raspberry Pi 4 only : it does not fit the Raspberry Pi 5 or the Raspberry Pi 3, whose ports are laid out differently.

- HAT : a closed case pressed against the board is not designed to take a HAT.
- Wi-Fi : the metal may slightly weaken the Wi-Fi signal; if reception is poor, use Ethernet instead.
